Building on this foundation, we developed the campaign platform “Value Every Moment.” The idea reframed financial services not as transactions, but as enablers of meaningful experiences. By showcasing moments shared with loved ones — families gathered around a dinner table, couples planning their future, friends embarking on new adventures — we illustrated how having a bank that works seamlessly in the background allows people to focus on what truly matters. When finances are intuitive and dependable, customers don’t have to think about them — they can simply live in the moment.
Rooted in Synchrony’s people-centric approach, the campaign highlighted the human impact behind everyday financial decisions. In collaboration with keelbone, I helped develop the creative marketing concepts and visual mockups used to pitch the campaign to the bank — bringing the strategy to life through storytelling, art direction, and cohesive brand expression across key touchpoints.
