To support the New Year launch of Dream Lip Oil, I led cross-functional project management for a full website redesign for Summer Fridays.
While the launch spotlighted a new product, the strategic goal was broader: evolve the digital experience while continuing to anchor the brand in its most iconic franchise — the Jet Lag collection, their foundational best-selling line.
This required balancing innovation with brand equity.

Beyond the product launch, this was a full-site refresh spanning homepage, internal content pages, and commerce infrastructure. We introduced a split-screen hero highlighting both product and model, along with interactive scrolling modules to showcase featured products (the new Dream Lip Oil line and Jet Lag products) in a more immersive, editorial way. I partnered with internal teams across design, copy, e-commerce, marketing, and social, while managing developers and third-party vendors to execute updates across the site (including a new Bluebird environmental ratings integration). With a fixed New Year deadline, I owned timeline management, cross-functional alignment, QA oversight, and go-live coordination to ensure a seamless launch.
